Discover the new Community Action For Workforce Development (CAWD) - our initiative driving economic diversification and nurturing success within our community. We're empowering local businesses and marginalized communities with upskilling, reskilling, and robust support.

CAWD is looking for both employers looking to hire and workers who are looking for a new job or to upskill or reskill to another job.

𝗔𝗖𝗖𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗭𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗕𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗙𝗜𝗧𝗦

 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙨: Support up to $5,500 in wage subsidies towards training, upskilling, and reskilling for new or promoted employees

 𝙀𝙢𝙥𝙡𝙤𝙮𝙚𝙚𝙨: Support through eligible wrap-around support that can include transportation, childcare, technology, additional training, etc.
