Rural Economic Development

Community Futures plays a key role in strengthening and diversifying rural economies. We work alongside community leaders and other key stakeholders to create Community Economic Development plans and implement projects that support value-added activity and expansion into new sectors. We also take a ‘big picture view’ of the health of our community’s businesses, and help with broad business retention and succession planning strategies.

Community Futures Lesser Slave Lake Region is always on the look out for creative partnerships that help strengthen our communities. If you have an idea for a partnership, contact us today!
